Lord Vishnu and His consort Goddess Laxmi made is cast in heavy brass. Both Deities are featured seated in Lalitasana on a seat of coiled Sheshnaag. Both are seen decked in jewels and raising their right hands in Abhayam mudra, the blessing pose. Lord Vishnu is holding His emblems, the Chakra and Conch in upper arms and mace in His lower left hand. Goddess Laxmi has Her left hand in Varad mudra, the boon conferring gesture. With, the Sheesha Naag forming a cover above their head with His seven hood gives a trance of Vaikuntha, the abode of Lord Vishnu to the beholder. Goddess Laxmi signifies the wealth need to sustain life and Lord Vishnu signifies the power of perseverance and protection. Worshiping this idol will confer divine grace of Lord Vishnu and Maa Laxmi in form of compassion, harmony, victory, materialistic riches, fortune, success and righteous living.
