Find your order status

Enter the order number from your confirmation email and the billing email address used at checkout. You can use this form without signing in.

What your order status means

• Pending payment: payment has not yet been confirmed.
• On hold: the order is waiting for a check or payment confirmation.
• Processing: payment is recorded and the order is being prepared. This does not by itself mean it has been dispatched.
• Completed: the store has marked the order fulfilled. Refer to any dispatch message for courier details.
• Cancelled, failed or refunded: contact support if you need clarification about the order or payment.

Looking for the courier’s location?

This form shows the status recorded by our store. If a courier tracking number or link was provided in a dispatch message, use that for parcel movement. If you have not received one, ask our team for an update.

Cannot find an order?

Check the order number and billing email carefully. If an older order is not found, or you cannot access the confirmation email, contact our team with the details you have. Please do not share your password, OTP or card details. Registered customers can also visit My account.
